Yes, we ask about your preferred style or length before we start. Bring a photo if it helps, and we will do our best to match it.
We do. Not every coat suits it, so get in touch and we can tell you whether it is right for your dog.
Many of the dogs we see are nervous or rescues, and we take the session at their pace. Tell us about their worries when you book and we can plan around them.
We offer a puppy introduction groom that gently introduces each part of the process. Ask us and we can suggest a good first step for your puppy.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
